Mosa Asian Bistro - Kitchen to Table

I spent a few days with the truly charming Pao family in their kitchen at Mosa Asian Bistro not just to photograph their food but to help them document their restaurant story and their passion for food. Here are a few shots that include the kitchen to table process and some interpretive photos for the new menu board concepts emphasizing fresh and made to order. Yes, I got to eat some of my favorite meals after the shoot but the best part was getting to know the Pao family. Go visit them. They'll make sure your first visit won't be your last. Singapore Part IV { Lau Pa Sat Market }

One of the noted places for street food and outdoor dining in Singapore is Lau Pa Sat festival market. My brother ordered the best to sample - the fire grilled satay, beef and chicken skewers, served with a spicy peanut sauce. Can you tell I was a bit mesmerized by the fire?
