Cooper-Young Fave Finds

This past Thursday night, we walked to get a bite to eat during Cooper-Young Night Out {every first Thursday of the month} and hear some live local music usually playing on the corner of Cooper St and Young Ave and the various restaurants such as Celtic Crossing and Lou's Pie in the Sky.

The local stores had special deals going on, so we stopped into Hi-Octane Vintage to find a huge clearance sale. The owners were working on taking the business online instead.

See my favorite finds that I couldn't resist taking home below.

Vintage amber glass light from Hi-Octane Vintage, Only $5!

Every month has had varied levels of street vendors selling art, clothing, and jewelry. This time the corner was vibrant with artists from the Memphis Arts Collective, which we have enjoyed buying unique gifts from before, and artist/musician of local band The Klitz Elise Clifton selling prints of her silk-screen portraits. The setup looked like a preview of the upcoming Cooper-Young Festival.
